CRADLE OF FILTH: 'Thornography Deluxe – Harder, Darker, Faster' Artwork Revealed

British extreme metallers CRADLE OF FILTH will release "Thornography Deluxe – Harder, Darker, Faster" on January 29 via Roadrunner Records. In addition to the album's original 12 tracks, the deluxe edition features new artwork, six new songs, live material and videos ("The Foetus Of A New Day Kicking", "Tonight In Flames" and "Temptation").

Most of the new songs featured on "Thornography Deluxe – Harder, Darker, Faster" were written during the "Thornography" sessions but were completed at a later date. They are as follows:

03. Halloween 2 (MISFITS cover) (remix)
04. Courting Baphomet
05. Stay (SHAKESPEARS SISTER cover)
06. Devil To The Metal

Burlington, Vermont's 90.1 WRUV FM recently conducted an interview with CRADLE OF FILTH frontman Dani Filth. Watch the nine-minute clip below.

As previously reported, two new videos have launched exclusively on CRADLE OF FILTH's MySpace page and its official YouTube channel: the live performance of "Tonight In Flames", directed by guitarist Paul Allender, and "The Foetus of a New Day Kicking", which Filth considers "a post-apocalyptic anthem depicting strength revived…with tanks, hot girls and scorched earth erotica."

Dani Filth recently recorded vocals for the theme song to Dario Argento's latest horror/suspense opus "Mother of Tears: The Third Mother". The song, entitled "(She's) The Mother of Tears" was composed by Claudio Simonetti. Simonetti, a veritable legend among horror film scores, is also noted for penning music to such classics as "Dawn of the Dead", "Suspiria", "Phenomena" and several episodes of the popular series "Masters of Horror".
